New ClimaSouth website and knowledge platform (KP)

The ClimaSouth web site / knowledge platform has been upgraded and is now operational in 3 language editions, English, French and Arabic. Core functionalities have been reappraised to improve the role of the new web site / KP as the official source of information on the ClimaSouth project, by offering dedicated pages on news, events, and a help desk facility. Easy access is provided to all materials produced by the project, including the online publication of key project tools, using an ISSU interface to facilitate their display. The web site / KP provides a gateway to official CC information and data on the project’s 9 partner countries, as well as to relevant information on EU and international CC policy. It also offers an interactive knowledge base on climate change in the region, including a database of key resources and other tools, made accessible to the general public or restricted to specific user categories. An interactive workspace andproject management tool facilitates collaborative tasks and dialogue among ClimaSouth team members, project partners and other users.

A ClimaSouth account has also been activated on Twitter, featuring real-time updates about the project and key information about climate change, focusing in particular on the South Mediterranean region.
